Currently 18 years old and probably around 170 pounds. I can't believe I've let myself go this far and I am going to get serious about changing my body. My goal is to be near 125 by my birthday.
I need all the support and motivation I can get!

Snack #1/pre-workout:
- 5 cucumber pin wheels (1/2 a cucumber, 1/2 a slice of extra lean turkey breast deli meat& a dollop of dijon mustard on each)
- 5 organic black pepper crackers topped with other half of turkey breast deli meat and a light babybel sliced and melted on top

I don’t have a goal weight, but I dooo like thinking about getting to see the structure of my body. Like, I have NO IDEA what my frame etc looks like or how big my boobs will be or my ass or FINALLY SEEEING ALL THESE MUSCLES omfg. It will be awesome.
